Because you aren't supposed to use wipes on a newborn;) So hide them from the staff!:D

Hi there, can I join in please, due date 2nd Feb. 2nd baby, DS is 21months old.
Over last 3 days I've had a blinding headache, I would go as far as to say its a migraine, I've reluctantly been taking paracetamol but its not shifting. Its worse when I move about. Didn't get any ha's first pregnancy. Just wondered if anyone else had this and how many days/weeks do they normally last for? I'm seeing midwife tomorrow but just wanted to ask you girls.

Are you drinking less tea/coffee than usual?
Are you drinking enough fluids?
These are things i would look at before resorting to pills.. headache is a common symptom of dehydration.. esp if you are having sickness.LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -

Still here, contractions showing no pattern. I know if I can just encourage my bulging waters to break it'll all happen fast ( 5 hours last time ). Running up and down the stairs, jumping up and down and wearing out the carpet pacing, hopefully something happens soon - or I'll be too knackered to push.Busy mum of 3, so if my posts don't make sense or ask a silly question be patient:rotfl:0

I'm back!
After going in for my induction on Thursday I went into labour on Friday morning when my waters were broken. After spending the whole day wired up to 5 different machines/drips  I gave birth at 10.55pm. I managed with no pain relief until 5cm then started with gas and air followed by diamorphine.
The doc who examined me at 9pm was very pro c section as I was only 7cm, but I really wanted to do it naturally so he very reluctantly agreed to give till 11pm, but thought I would 'definitely have a section', he was wrong though as I first felt the urge to push at 10pm, but had to wait while they attached a clip to his head.
He's still in the special baby unit as he was only 5lb1oz and has some breathing difficulties and is being fed via tube. Hopefully we'll have him home in a couple of weeks, but it was awful leaving hospital this morning and leaving him behind.:j30/7/10:j
