i vote for a fairy whip round for smartie.....

important thing right now is beany is holding on strong, I gather they are finding heartbeat at your appts?...

if its any consolation (although probably not) I've missed out on some tests and measurements, because, well i dont really know why, something to do with my significantly delayed booking appt..... so they couldnt do them....

I've heard the heartbeat at my midwife appointment but we didn't get to see the heart today. Head was looked at today (which is good as it's been right down until now)and all is fine with that.

I had a fairy visit... the same one that visited you CAFC, I think;):D I listened to it yesterday on my ball as that's the only place I can sit comfortably. Thanks again xmas:)

Smartie have you thought about booking yourself a private scan so you can see what you want. I know the 4D ones can be expensive im pretty sure you can get a normal scan done relativley cheaply. I believe Evansangel had one it may be worth asking her how much it cost. Anyway keep your chin up chick at least you know baby is ok :-) xx

They usually check it at every appt after a certain number of weeks but you can just ask at each appt to hear the heartbeat and they are most obliging.... goes some way to giving your mind a bit of peace....

Ahhh Im glad that fairy came to you as well, I was just about to email her and ask for another copy to send to you..... Xmas had a fairy come to her as well, who i know quite well, im sure theres a little something in her bag of goodies for you xx

there's a lady in abbotsham who is doing a credit crunch special for £100 and you get 30 mins of the baby in 4D with a dvd, cd and gender scan aswell. We're going for one when i turn 26 weeks. She also does normal 2D scans.

We've talked about paying for a scan and think we'll see what happens and the next NHS one in 3 weeks time.

I'm really looking forward to having "proper" sausages and mash later... it's going to be the highlight of my day!!:D
