does anyone have any magic remedies for hay fever? burst into tears outside boots after reading the back of all the packets said "do not use if pregnant" argh!! phoned midwife to see and she told me theres nothing i can do!

there HAS to be something im dying here lol. plus the hayfever has kicked off my chest again so i sound a bit like darth vader!!

re bras, i now only have 2 that fit me, all the rest fit me in the back but its the cup size thats too small. just weighed myself aswell, and im the same weight i was before being pregnant, that seems a bit odd to me, since ive got a mahoosive bump. il probs put on about a stone this week now that ive said that :rotfl:

    Dreambirdie...try finding some local honey and have a teaspoon a day.....works a treat:D

ETA: theres a light therapy thing that can be shoved up the nose too, ok so I'm not hot on the details but we had someone from the parent thread drop in and tell us the other day:) also saw an offer for it on the grabbit board this morning..[STRIKE]will be back with linky ;)[/STRIKE] LINKY

as for bra's I have 2 that kinda fit but neither in the cup:o I have an old underwired one that's so old and knackered that it stretches around my back no probs but gives me the sex '4 boob' look and the one I'm currently sporting is a soft cup that fits in the back but is about 2 cups too small..think I've not stabilised for a while so will be doing a dreaded bra shop this weekend:(

You'll be surprised who will stock some, check health food stores and local cafes:) But not the greasy fry up cafes...I was thinking the cafes that have homebaked cakes and like to tell everyone they're fairtrade etc;):) Failing that wait for the next farmers market that comes to town, usually at least a couple of localish farms at those:)
