You were wonderful and any lack of polish didn't matter as it was obvious in your voice that you cared.
If I may say so, that seems to be typical of you as a person and is also typical of the Money Saving Team and of many regular contributors to the site.
You have created an honest and supportive community here which is something very precious in this day and age. The world can be a pretty scary and lonely place when things start to go wrong and to have such a community to turn to makes all the difference to people.
Thank you for your vision, your compassion and all your hard work.
