Also if you cannot get stuff using IE or Firefox it may be worth while downloading (from you trusty mac and putting on a USB stick) the following program wget

the first one is the prog and the second the manual. However if you open command prompt and cd to the stick and type wget --help it tells you what you needeg wget -o outputfile.exe [U]w3.[/U]filetodownload.com/bityouneed
