blackberry 9700 fault

hey guys,

the standby button on my blackberry 9700 which i;ve only had for 3 weeks has stopped working. i have an 18 month contract with orange will i have a warranty on this? as did not take out insurance. thanks

    Phone up Orange, explain the fault, they'll replace the handset, if it was bought direct from Orange and it's under 28 days old the replacement will be brand new

    my bold 9700 went wrong after updating it, came out black and white, they replaced it for me, happened again and in the process of being repaired/replaced again. Phone is amazing though dont think ill ever leave it.

    there has been something faulty 3 times now! should i ask for another phone? and would thye be able to give me iphone?
