Help!!!!!!!!!! Double glazing complaint

I brought Windows from them and my front door was damaged twice and one window was badly manufactured. I also had the mastic that never stuck inside or outside of the frame!! After lots of cOmplaints letter and lots calls to their Cardiff office I ended up going to CAB for advice and got in touch with BBC X-ray. On the advice of CAB and BBC X-ray I wrote one final complaint letter and surprisingly they came and sorted all the faults out.
