I was asking about your existing fridge freezer, as you say that Dixons have left you without a fridge freezer. (Or at least I assumed that you have one already, as you said you would be claiming for the damaged frozen food).

The OP did state that the item was delivered and it was faulty, maybe she had chucked the old one out.

Sounds like a load of rubbish to me. Another one hoping to jump on the 'CLAIM! CLAIM!' bandwagon. Pretty obvious from the hugely defensive response to kuohu's question.
