I have only just seen this thread and I have to say, you really do seem amazing. I will be 30 in Dec and I wish I were in the same situation as you. However I am just about to start up my own Business, so who knows where I will be but my birthday???

i really don't understand this thread. if you can just raise 123,000 to buy a house in a few months, then why aren't you a multi-millionaire?

Why not buy a house for 3m and just pay it off in 4 years. in fact, you could buy a premierleague football team, it will jjust take you 10 years to pay it off, instead of a month.

That's a bit negative. Lifechanging is putting in monumental effort for someone else. There are not many people who would do that for their family. With that kind of determination she probably will become a millionaire sooner or later and I wish her well when she does.

If she wants to be anonnymous she should not use her real name as her email address on her profile on this site. I have not done anything contrary to my role as a BG. Some people find her inspiring, some annoying. I will delete my post with her name in it which is on her profile anyway lol;)
I have an easy way for her to be mortgage free in a month. DOn't take on the mortgage. :rolleyes:
