I have only just seen this thread and I have to say, you really do seem amazing. I will be 30 in Dec and I wish I were in the same situation as you. However I am just about to start up my own Business, so who knows where I will be but my birthday???
Take care and i hope you find a nice new special somebody.

i really don't understand this thread. if you can just raise 123,000 to buy a house in a few months, then why aren't you a multi-millionaire?
Why not buy a house for 3m and just pay it off in 4 years. in fact, you could buy a premierleague football team, it will jjust take you 10 years to pay it off, instead of a month.
something smells very fishy to me.
just my opinion.0 -

That's a bit negative. Lifechanging is putting in monumental effort for someone else. There are not many people who would do that for their family. With that kind of determination she probably will become a millionaire sooner or later and I wish her well when she does.MFi3 member 105 - MFW date Oct 2023 - 12 years 9 months more0 -

So well done sarahsaver; you have ruined that for her and you are a board guide. I think you should know better. I also think your post should be deleted.0 -
