NTL - moving house - continued service/not!

Just a quick one for any persons with NTL hoping to transfer the service - think twice.

I have now spent 4 weeks trying to get NTL to do something I thought was easy, despite numerous requests, many hours of 1/2 an hour at a time minimum on hold until I got through to NTL, followed by 2 visits booked (no one came along first time), 2nd time chappie came along with broadband still not working, telling me to call customer services during office hours. Still couldn't get the phone connected as he didnt have it on his list, despite me being assured by NTL it would be connected, and the package I had was no different to my last home - I gave up!

The costs are low but the service is even lower - never again!
