Who do I need to give a wedding favour to? Just the guests during the day or everybody? and what about children?
Like everybody else, I want to get things right but the never ending list keeps growing:eek::eek::eek:

I like these http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/25-Personalised-White-Heart-Shape-Wedding-Favour-Boxes_W0QQitemZ320455173290QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_Home_Garden_Celebrations_Occasions_ET?hash=item4a9c9de4aa
not that cheap, but I really like them. I ordered a sample and they are a nice size as well.
Want to use these for place cards as well http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=110513321031&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT
And just in case this helps anyone else, I was going to buy some burgundy table runners then found this http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=250597711276&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT the same stuff in Hobby Craft is £11.99:eek:"Life can only be understood backwards, but it must be lived forwards "0 -
Im having bowls of fortune cookies for the evening guests, on each table. I thought it might be a nice ice-breaker to get people chatting!0

Yep, seems to be the easy decision, and the decision that I've seen most people do.
Daytime guests have given up their whole day (not that I imagine they mind for a lovely occassion!) and pos even had a hotel the night before, plus they're more likely to spend more on a wedding gift than evening guests.
The only time I've seen favours for night time guests is when the couple had cup-cakes with boxes, but they were either to be eaten as desert, or taken away.0 -
I like this idea, any suggestions as to where to get fortune cookies?
Thanks, Kathmissjennipenni wrote: »Im having bowls of fortune cookies for the evening guests, on each table. I thought it might be a nice ice-breaker to get people chatting!"Life can only be understood backwards, but it must be lived forwards "0 -

I LOVE the fortune cookie idea! My favours for the day are cufflinks/earrings in little favour boxes but I was thinking to just have a basket full of organza bags of sweets or similar for the evening guests with a nice message pinned on?:jGetting married 17th July 2010 woohoo :j0
