One of the agents selling points is that it has an entrance. Wow, that's not something you get with every house, that must make it worth at least an extra 20K;) Then there's the agents notes.:D
Also, why do EA's not check their floor plans. Do you have to get to the bathroom from the back door - as it is a terrace, how do you get into the back garden - do you have to climb out of the kitchen window?
The picture of the garden is awful - clean the green bits of the ground, and put some flowers in.Don't Panic - and carry a towel
