Easyjet/API: can I change after online check-in?

Anyone know if it's possible to change the API details *after* doing online check-in with easyjet?
Haven't got my daughter's passport yet, so wondered if it's possible to check in now (using my passport number), and then amend the details when her passport arrives.
thanks in advance

Some boarding cards have the passport number on them, so may be best to wait until her passport arrives.Posts are not advice and must not be relied upon.0

edit:
unless... you can print out new boarding passes after updating API details?0 -

Ummm...you don't say if you are flying international or domestic, and I may be completely off-beam here but I really wouldn't mess around with API info.
Airlines don't collect it for fun, but because they are required to by the EU states, who use it to check for dodgy things like - I don't know - someone flying on a fake passport with a different number to that issued originally.
You may well be fine doing what you propose - after all, how many people must make a typo when entering the info each day? - but I'd personally rather not risk ending up with even a slightly increased chance of spending a few hours with Mr Immigration Agent and his nice big dog and the rubber gloves...
PS - be surprised if Easyjet let you print off a new BP after check-in - I don't know how they operate but don't think any other airline I've used does. Seems to me to be a bit of a security risk if they do, as you would then have two boarding passes, one of which could then be used to get an extra person airside who isn't actually flying.

Thanks for the feedback drew - it's international to Spain.
the boarding passes contain a unique barcode which is scanned when you go through immigration/checkin, so I can only assume that it's possible to print a new pass with new barcode, and set the system to reject any previous ones. The fact that this should be easily automated won't stop easyjet from trying to charge you for it, if they do in fact allow it.
you're right though - it's probably not worth the risk of incurring the wrath of Mr Immigration.0 -

You are also assuming that government border agency IT systems actually work, and are linked to EasyJet...not sure I'd have your confidence!
Still, as you say, I'd be more worried about the Spanish end than getting onto the plane in the UK.
