i dont really want to ring as it might highlight the glitch and then everyone suffers. i think what i might do is just pay for the order and then take them back to my local store for a refund as it says this is possible on the website

do you think this is a good idea?

You can't refund it in the local store, as i had tried to get sth for a straight swap, and they said you have to send it back. They said they are 2 different department

Don't want to get all sanctimonious and all that stuff, but isn't doing it once enough?

Boots probably won't honour it anyway, but they're even less likely too if people are making multiple orders on the same account.

Collectively we're all screwing Boots in a fashion Martin would be proud of, so hey folks why not spread the good fortune around?
