it doesnt say that on the website, if you print the refunds page off it says it can be returned. i have done this in the past also

"We do recommend that any products* bought from boots.com are returned using our free returns service to the address on the returns label found on your delivery paperwork. This is because certain products* are unique to boots.com and our shops will have no price or till details on these products*. However, if it is more convenient for you, please return your product*, in its original condition and its original packaging, to your local store and they will replace/refund it for you."

Boots probably won't honour it anyway, but they're even less likely too if people are making multiple orders on the same account.

Totally agree, once is enough. Otherwise they will probably just cancell all order. Better to have a little of something then a lot of nothing!!!

Well i eneter my CC details etc and then straight away the page cannot be displayed screen pops up and i have to go back and then it does it again:(

I have swopped items at local store after ordering online before, I'm sure it's in the T & C's somewhere that you can do this.

I have placed a couple more orders...but for items for my bean stock pile. I'm 24 weeks now, and so should start to get some of the essential bits and peices together. However, if I don't get either the points or the items then fair enough.

So you've made the decision that 3 lots of unearned points is ok? :-)

I agree that it's silly to go crazy on these things because in the end, boots will just cancel all the orders and no one will get anything plus we've all wasted time in ordering things.
