Boots Glitch Be Quick

My points are pending but when I put my card in the machine the points were not added. Also I had some points pending from before these too were not added!!!

Has anyone else had this experience before???What shall I do?

My 2 orders delivered yesterday, with aussie samples.... Got some great half price toys so even if the points don't go on I'm chuffed with the fast free delivery and cheap toys to put away for christmas!

didnt work for me! i had to pay £3.95 delivery and got 14 points for babybath bogof £1 75!!!!!!

Ordered 11 separate lots of cotton buds
All arrived this morning in separate boxes in a large sack from the postman
Points pending shows 5544, will pop to the machine as soon as possible

PS also 5of the boxes had vouchers for 6 free DVD rentals which are of no use to me so if anyone can use them let me know

Has anyone had a definitive answer on what is happening with the orders that are 'on hold'? Mine said delivery would be by the 11th but are still on hold. How can they say they expect to deliver them by today but in the same breath that they are 'on hold'? They have been through the 'in processing' stage, which from their website means that the orders cannot be cancelled, but now they're 'on hold'.
Anyone spoken to them about this?

Just spoke to Boots asking about my orders, I have been told they are cancelling all 'on hold' orders! I was told they would release hold on 'transactions pending' from my creditcard today. When I asked why some customers had deliveries and some not, I was told if you get a delivery you have slipped through the security net and have been very lucky! Oh well.........................................

My 3 orders of kiddies toys arrived yesterday and my points are already on my card when I checked today. Lovely bonus offer of Aussie hair sachets too - thank you to Madhouse for being so unselfish.
