I really cant believe the cheek of a seller Im having a dispute with, the dispute is that they sold me something which they described as adults but when I received it was a kids size and when I contacted them to ask for refund they basically blackmailed me that only if I left them good feedback would they refund, I never left them any feedback upto now and so now they are trying to say that I messaged them prior to bidding and that I contacted them through their mobile to ask for measurements, I have tried to get ebay to step in but they are USELESS, is their anything else I can do, thanks

Ps. sorry about the rant but Im raging :mad::mad:
I an tempted to name and shame this seller they are that bad but dont know the rules on here.

Have you started a Paypal dispute for ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED, if you go down this route you will be required to return the item to the seller [at your own cost] via a trackable postage method [special delivery]. Then I would leave a lovely negative for the seller :D

Have you opened an item not as described dispute through ebay or paypal. If not do so and escalate.

Hi guys, I have opened a not as described dispute with ebay and its through the dispute that this seller is responding saying that he gave me the measurements, its not the point of the money but the principle that he is blatantly lying and I see that he has been a member since march this year so it makes me wonder if he's some sort of scammer and he could be doing this to others, thanks

So the seller says you asked for measurements but presumably cannot back that assertion up, what happened next? What has eBay said to wind you up and have you raised a dispute with PayPal? Raging is a waste of energy so handle this calmly and logically, you know you are in the right and you know in the end this person will be exposed as a scammer.

ebay and paypal work together so ebay should sort it fo you, can you escalate the claim? i've only ever gone through pp you see, but once you escalate they (ebay) will get you to returnn it to the sender, make sure you send it recorded.

Recorded delivery does not guarantee tracking, which is what will be required for the Paypal dispute.
