I fail to see why that should be an obstical. Unless Hotmail have stopped doing emails, in which case, you should perhaps consider finding another free ESP.

You just copy the thread address from the browser and copy it into the "subject" line of your hotmail. Bingo, you can report the thread that offends you.

Although, on reading the replies, I wonder is popcorn for all might be a better idea.
