I'm also missing the free tenner. Having signed up a couple of weeks ago, I emailed them to ask why, this is there (completely incorrect) response...

    Thank for your recent email.

We advise you that unfortunately you will not be legible for this free £10.00 cheque as you did not fulfil every requirement. We acknowledge the fact that you have entered the promotion code but, failed to add at least ten titles to your selection list upon registration, as the terms and conditions for this promotion clearly states.

Should you have any further queries please let us know.

    Kind regards,

    Gayantha

Make sure when returning your last disk to get a Certificate of Posting.

I didn't (with an earlier offer), & was billed for the next period because it reached them late they claimed - I'd sent it one week before.

Strange, because they received every other disk (7 of them) the very next day! G
me too, very p*ssed off with them, cr*ppy cs, i posted last disk 6 days before deadline and was informed it had never been received, i was billed for another months subs and even billed for 20 pounds sfter lost disc reporting. Leave well alone, or remember to always get proof of posting, even for dvd returns, i never believed any of the cs excuses, took ages to reply to my emails, and so are now 30 quid out of pocket. I find it hard to believe we r not he only ones to be stung like this.

I'm sorry to hear you had such a bad experience.

As you say, the best thing to do is to get proof of posting for every return. G

  • ....../

has anyone had theirs cos i registereon 18th August and havent had it yet...........
  • I had previously emailed customer services to find out when i would get my tenner and they told me it would take 28 days as there was a back log. Finally, yesterday my £10 cheque arrived in the post. Hoorah!
  • I can not warn you enough about this company. Do not be fooled by these offers, if you read up about their customer service and the way they operate, in these forums and also on http://www.dvdrr.com/reviews/ScreenSelect.html you will steer clear. Once they have your credit card details, you have had it.... they can do what they want. Do not think you can get redress via your cc supplier either - just stay away from this dishonest company. They treat customers like dirt under their shoes.

NEVER LOSE SIGHT of the fact that they have a NO REFUND POLICY and they WILL find a way to bill you!
  • Got My Tenner Woo Hoo!
