Please don't do what I did and forgot to cancel Direct Debit. Cost me more than I saved....Remember please!! Cust services would not help.

I had previously emailed customer services to find out when i would get my tenner and they told me it would take 28 days as there was a back log. Finally, yesterday my £10 cheque arrived in the post. Hoorah!0

I can not warn you enough about this company. Do not be fooled by these offers, if you read up about their customer service and the way they operate, in these forums and also on http://www.dvdrr.com/reviews/ScreenSelect.html you will steer clear. Once they have your credit card details, you have had it.... they can do what they want. Do not think you can get redress via your cc supplier either - just stay away from this dishonest company. They treat customers like dirt under their shoes.
NEVER LOSE SIGHT of the fact that they have a NO REFUND POLICY and they WILL find a way to bill you!0 -
