i subscribed to screenselect for first time.I have received 3dvds ...but no £10 cheque...although i used the code...when will i get it?or will i ever get it?has anyone else used the code?

I have recieved 4 dvds, the first two came, we watched them and sent them back and then ive got another two, but still no tenner. Has anybody received theirs?????

No tenner and it has been over 5 days, mass protest? I was going to continue with the service aswell - it has games rental included unlike Tesco/Sainsburys

Have just joined up and selected the 3 dvd's at a time to be sent. Now wondering if this was silly as after sending back the first three I am going to be sent the next three which will automatically take me to the sixth rental!:rolleyes: I think I might try the earlier idea of sending just two back and clearing the selection after the next two are dispatched, then cancelling! Complicated but better than paying out the £15 subscription. Hope the cheque turns up - anyone got theirs yet?

HELP, not only have I not received my free tenner, but the first thing I saw as I started on-line banking, was that they took £9.99 from my account on 11th August. So much for free trial !!! I shall have to sort that out quickly.

We acknowledge the fact that you have entered the promotion code but, failed to add at least ten titles to your selection list upon registration, as the terms and conditions for this promotion clearly states.

I can only assume where things seem to have gone wrong is the fact that I added Waking The Dead series 2 (set of 4 discs) and was only counted as 1. As soon as I realised (as soon as I got the standard 'add more selections' email a few minutes later) I logged back on and added another 3 titles to make ten. Obviously their system doesn't was to understand this, so's to catch out as many potential customers as possible.

As a complete coincidence, I had been wanting to take up one of the dvd rental services (baby means we can't go out as much as we used to), no way is it going to be ScreenSelect now.
