cheapest broadband with no bt line! help!

hi, currently with ntl paying £15 per month for 1 mb broadband.
anything cheaper out there?
got non bt line so talk talk is out!
also got ntl phone line paying £13.50 per month for free local (0151) calls on weekends and evenings!
not bothered about speed or download limits etc!
