From memory Titan are/were just a small outfit reselling the Entanet product which certainly used to be a lot more expensive than O2 which the op says they are considering.

Unfortunately I can't verify the pricing as (for me at least) the Titan website isn't working properly - http://www.titan-adsl.co.uk/broadband.html
Perhaps when the owner gets back from walking his dog he'll fix it. Or perhaps not.

Ah - I use FireFox but it seems to work in IE and yes it is more expensive than O2. How much more expensive I don't know as the "Special Offer" package it features was only available til November 2009.

Do you seriously expect anyone to buy from an ISP whose website doesn't even work and is six months out of date?

Ah - yes I do because O2s website is a pile of dung too :)

    Hi jp872303

Sorry to hear you are thinking of leaving, and sorry to hear this issue has been ongoing for such a long time.

I'd like to have this looked into for you to see if we can help. Email me to the address in my public profile and I can have it looked into if only to ensure you don't have problems in the future.

    Cheers

No problem. It's important that you get any line issues sorted out before moving on ;)
