Virgin media complaints :Email address / contact details for head of complaints

I plan to escalate a complaint to the VM head of complaints level - but I don't have the contact details for them.

Can someone PM me or send me the email address to contact VM head of complaints.

If you are wanting to escalate your complaint you will need to follow Virgin Media's complaints procedure, the next step for you would be to speak to a manager, you can do this by calling through to the service center and asking to speak to a manager. You need to be aware that the agent you speak to has to try to resolve your concern before passing your details to a manager.

As a manager will probably need to call you back it is always best to give daytime and evening numbers to ensure you get you call.
