You going to do this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g8DCt3Lmi28 as well? ;)

I can't get on youtube at work but is that the people dancing down the aisle?! I love that! I've been begging OH to do that with me but he's not really up for it, big stick in the mud! I don't think we could do it anyway as the hotel we're getting married at doesn't have a sound system on the beach, although I suppose we could rig up someone's ipod on a decent battery powered speaker...

We're really struggling for first dance songs, we keep flitting between sensible and silly! We don't really have any suitable songs that have particular meaning to us so we're not having much luck!

Has anyone had, or looking into, dance lessons?
Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!

I love that song, was contemplating it for my walking down the aisle song! :) (And pretending I was Julia Roberts in pretty Woman in that gorgeous red dress! lol)

we had 'adagio for strings' for the walking back up the aisle, but the dance remix, so started off as it does, we stopped for pictures/etc (we needed it as the intro is long!) and as we were a couple of rows from the end the dance part started with the bassline, this brought a smile to everyones faces, especially as we did an arm waving dance as we left!

One of my sister's did a rumba as their first dance to Lauren Wood's Fallen. They had a guy on keyboards to sing it and he did a pretty good job.

I only had registry wedding but if I had to chose a song it would be between You and I by Stevie Wonder and It might be you by Stephen bishop

OH wants You & I for our first dance, but we think it may be too mushy.

We were going to have Overjoyed, then we chose Ribbon in the Sky, then it was You & I, but we still haven't decided!

We're massive Stevie fans ~ least we have a good few hundred to choose from! :D

Hi Birdie - yeah it is that one! :D

We are gonna have dancing lessons, luckily I have a friend who is doing it for free - hate to think how much they would cost otherwise!! x

We had "Wonder of you" by Elvis...We couldn't decide on one and then we went round to his mum and dads one day and it came on and we both thought the words very apt for us :D It wasn't too slow for us, we could have a bop about a bit.
