    Hello all.

Feeling a tad heavy-hearted this afternoon as Doglets have now gone home. I'm really going to miss them!

    Anyways.....

    Birthday Greetings Emma

Get well wishes for Boddy's DB and SIL

Peaceful journey vibes for Mumto5's Nan.

Diva lovely to see you back; hope you're not feeling too delicate.

    Today's flying:
Tuesday - Sitting Room and Hallway
    Level One
Open the windows and turn on some music! Done – although I swiftly gave up on the music; I work better without it as DJ drivel irritates me beyond belief, even on Classic FM.
Wipe and water the plants N/A
Declutter the chairs, floor and fireplace Done
    Level Two
Vacuum the floor now it is visible Done (Mr LW)
Wash any throws/curtains/cushion that need freshening up
Sofa throw will be done when Mr LW is here to help lift it tonight, now the dogs have gone home. All else is OK.
Clean any glass.. pictures, windows, mirrors etc
Done – incl. removing nose-marks from patio door
    Level Three
Vacuum under any furniture you can.. please don't injure yourselves!
Done (Mr LW) – as Level 2
Wipe sofas and dusty places Done
HHC in the hallway.. sort those coats and shoes and mess!! Coats and shoes are all away. Folding walking sticks put away in hall cupboard. Hall bookcases all clean and tidy

    .
    Extras
    1. Vacuum AAALLLLLL the way up the stairs N/A
    2. Binbag dance... grab a bag fill it and fling it! Done
    3. Spend 15 minutes tackling a hotspot!! Done – 15 mins putting the stuff back that got moved to the spare room to accommodate the dogs.
    4. Wipe the woodwork in these areas Done
    5. Walk the dogs 10-15 mins and get their gear together ready for them to go home. Done
    6. Hand wash top Done
    7. Make bread rolls Done
    8. Make lime ice cream Done
I feel a bit redundant now; it occurs to me that Mr LW managed fine on his own before, and he still has to do a lot of tasks, as I'm not physically able to do them, so starting to wonder what I'm actually any good for.:(

*weak laugh* Just ignore me - I get like this when I get near a birthday. I guess at least I should qualify for a Tuesday STAR.:o
If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)

    *Question*
On a new plastered room should i buy sealent before i paint or should i water down the paint?

I always water down the paint, and use that - I've never sealed plastered walls :D

Diva - graet to see you back :A

Healing vibes for Boddy's family :A

    Happy Birthday to Emma

I was baking muffins for my friends at work by 6:15 this morning  :D As DH took today off, I was into the office by 7:30 and he picked me (and my bike :p ) up at 3pm. He took me out for tea and cake, then to the garden centre for new plants for the garden :T I bougth some nifty silver and pink gardening gloves too :T

DH is making tea, so I'm going to finish here, then a quick swish round :)

And for anyone who's wondering, it isn't really me in this pic :p:p:p:p

If you google "Visit The Heart" they've got a Kids Go free voucher for Cadbury World (amongst other useful stuff) so it's even more MSE:D

It's in Wentworth near Rotherham (only about a 5 minutes away from us) and today we even managed not to spend any money there. :money: It's a lovely place, but definitely not cheap. Packed lunches etc are advisable. That way we can save our money for the cake! ;)

Think I have been there!!! Took DD2 to see Father Christmas there the year before last! My Ex MIL lives where you live so she took us there when we came up before Christmas. Lovely place but you are right, very expensive.

Had a quieter day today, off to aquafit in a minute, need the exercise as steps wasn't on yesterday. Still trying to sort the garden, got a long term project there me thinks.

Hugs to anyone that needs them!!!
