If you do feel like writing a letter, send one to the supermarket telling that you will not shop there again until they have got rid of the parking company.
What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?

Thanks people for your messages, I tell you what I found unusual was when I took my 'notice' back to Nisas and none of the staff were quick to say no this is not a scam and you have to pay it. This new parking enforcement came out back in October on the Nisas supermarket, as I found out earlier when I rang them.
But yesterday nobody said or knew anything about it, surely they would of been told by their Manager of these changes to their carpark? only this person who I spoke to on the phone seem to know.

I know eveyone says ignore the letters, but what if a Baliff comes and gets in your home and takes possessions when your not there?

Has anyone actually read the board outside any supermarkets where the've allegally parked? if so what did it say? did it mention this Civil Enforcement details? an what was on the signage?
  • A bailiff can only be appointed by a court, debt collectors have no rights to sieze your goods or enter your home uninvited. Forget the macho bully boy threats, this pondlife have not a leg to stand on and they know it.
Still waiting for Parking Eye to send the court summons! Make my day!

Bailiffs cannot become involved until you have been to court, lost, and still not paid up. As CEL never ever take anyone to court, this is impossible.
Don't confuse bailiffs with debt collectors, who have no more power to take your possessions than I do.
As advised by the others, do not contact them and ignore all their threats.

edit - You beat me to it there Barry!
