angelfacecuti75,
Welcome
Does your partner know about the debts? If you have a child together then the finances really are a joint issue. Is he in a position to help you clear the payday loans?
Could you do a joint SOA together and look at the best way to manage your joint expenses and money - just looking at what you spend, what the things you split between you are etc? Maybe you are paying too many of the child costs or something, proportionate to your income?
You could try contacting your local credit union to see if they can lend you a loan to pay back the payday loans. This would help make your situation more manageable.

A DMP is a debt managment plan where you make informal agreements with your creditors to take reduced payments if you cant afford full ones. There is loads of information here on DMPs, take a look at the sticky threads on top of the board.Mortgage free by 30:eek:: £28,000/£100,000

Hi there - Have you looked at the links posted by Dark Convict in post 2? They are for debt charities who can help like CAB, CCCS (they do not charge for this service). You might find it easier talking things through as well as posting on this board.
Writing to creditors and telling them is a good suggestion (also one of DC's posts) as is investigating if there is a credit union or whether your OH can help with paying off the payday loans.
You have made steps and realise there is a problem - well done, keep going!0
