Cheapest insurance for an old car?

Classic policy usually requires the car to be garaged, Restricted mileage also.

I do wonder how some people claim to get insurance so cheap. Read a post someone got insurance for less than £70 fully comp, Not sure how they managed that when i entered their details into search sites it came back with quotes in excess of £200

Mine is £70 fully comp.

42 year old car, £3000 agreed value, social and domestic only (no commuting), 1500 mileage per year, not garaged. I live in a high crime area, had my licence for 14 years, no NCB, no accidents.

Policy is £70, plus £30 breakdown cover, plus £15 legal cover, plus admin charge (?) of £15 makes total price £130. £100 excess.
