My disabled brothers run up Virgin PPV TV bill without a PIN code

Options
On 6th April I recieved a call from Virgin saying that my On Demand service had been blocked until I paid off some of the £86 On Demand Movie Charges, half payment would do!. First I thanked them for notifying me as we never use on demand for movies, then I told them they will get paid as agreed when I took the service, Monthly by direct debit, that a payment has never been missed before and until one was I would not have them imposing restrictions on my service just cos they want to, end of call, I did not know what had happened and instinctively told off one of my teenagers (wrongly) for been clumsy with the PIN and letting one of my disabled brothers see it. They can't read so they can't have the PIN or it would cost me a fortune. I rang back Virgin wanting to know the dates films were ordered, and they said they were all in the same day 4th April. I asked which of my two boxes was used, which films they were etc, to do some investigating. They said they could give me all that info, then when they went into on demand checker, the system had no record of any films ordered and did say without even been asked, because of this they would put it down to a billing error and refund the charges, so fine no cost ,hopefully ,haven't recieved the bill yet. Now one of my son's was been adoment that one of the box's had been letting him use On Demand Music without the PIN, which is free with my XL package, but still always requires a PIN. I could not check cos the service was still blocked. Rang Virgin Technical who say they have never heard of it before, now my service is back on and low & behold one box is going straight through to On Demand content without asking for the PIN. Waiting till I get a correct bill befrore I have the evidence that this is happening fixed and still apologising to my son, sorry for the long description but I'de like to ask if others have ever had this no PIN requested problem with a Virgin digital TV box

I have XL tv and never have to put a pin in for OnDemand music.

I just hit the 4 and a notice comes up saying Ondemand music is free for all XL customers, I hit OK and go from there.

Sounds strange if the box is asking for a pin if you have XL service.
