We have blackberries growing beside our bin and on our own ground although we didn't plant them they are wild. They are also up the road, only feet from the house - we live in the country side.

Glad everything is going well for you!

    Yaaaaaawn.

I'm so so so tired today - didn't sleep well last night so today seemed long and much more of an effort. I'm hoping for a good night's sleep tonight so compensate for that!

Had another NSD so that's good - we're having to watch every penny at the moment so it's a good thing that I'm not spending anything. I have a feeling money is going to be tight for a while :( not that that's a bad thing but it's sometimes hard - I got sudden urges to spend lots, and I know I can't! But, that's life I suppose.

Still really tired today - think settling into school is going to take a while yet.

Another NSD though, so something to be positive about :)

Just pondering really, so feel free to ignore me!

I need to focus more on my diet; I've let things slip lately and boy, does it show on my body.

So, some healthy "rules" to abide by (I've put them in speech marks as I don't want to get too fixated at the same time, IYSWIM?):
    - No bread.
    - 5 portions of fruit/veg a day, if not more.
    - NO school puddings! (My bad :o )
    - On the same theme no "old style" school dinners i.e. stew and dumplings!
    - No crisps.
    - No biscuits.
    - No sweets.
    - No cake.
    - No cheese.
    -Small portions.

I need to get a grip again with my eating - I was doing really well but the stress of moving house and starting a new job (not really an excuse, I know!) have caused me to comfort eat and generally panic! So, I need to focus some more. I can do this, right? :undecided

I've decided that for my wedding day, I want to be 115 to 120lbs which is realistic for both myself and my height.

Take care with your eating SF, and try not to be too draconian..everything in moderation is the way to go methinks....just a bit less!!

Saying that...I really have to stop eating chocolate...had loads today!!! Funny thing, I started to eat more healthily last week, and now today all I want is c**p!!

Started at the local gym today...will get going with the programme proper on Friday..

Up far too late tonight...night night!!! x

SF - Will you be able to stick to the no XYZ "rules" list? It seems quite a harsh list! I'm not sure I could stick to it! I couldn't live without bread and cheese! I just eat less of it (or in the case of cheese eat lower fat versions most of the time) Most of the others I don't have often but I do still have them. I'm going for a diet I'd still like to eat like AFTER I've lost my excess weight too. Everything in there... just in moderation!

That said I've had to cut out crisps - I've had them twice in just over 4 months. I really miss them but they are such a dangerous, addictive, binge food for me I don't trust myself around them. That and I don't trust myself not to eat all of a multi-pack if I was to buy them and object to paying 60p for 1 packet when a multipack is only a little more! :rotfl: MSE to the core! :rotfl: :money:

keiss - you were up late! gosh, don't get me started on chocolate! i just can't stop!
taka - I'm a more have it or non at all - i can't seem to do little bits i.e. I'd either eat lots of chocolate or none at all, as I don't seem to able to get the balance right. I'm the same with crisps - they're a mega trigger and binge food for me, so I certainly can't buy multi-packs anymore and occasionally treat myself to a single pack every now and again. I just don't like how I look at the moment...!

Another NSD today and had my busiest day so far and am feeling it - really tired and we're going to view another wedding venue tonight so I have to stay awake!

    You were up late Jo!

The wedding venue we looked at last night was lovely :D the only down side is that it is a bit out of the way and only has 19 bedrooms to let so we'll have to investigate where abouts in the surrounding area people could stay. We're visiting another one on sunday and then will think about things seriously! Eeee! :D

Really tired today (doesn't that seem the theme lately..?) and am glad it's friday tomorrow. Today went well though, and have met all my classes now so know what I've got :) woop to almost being through my first full week! :) and I'm still smiling :)

Another NSD today which is good too :) we may be going out for a few drinks tomorrow night so it won't be tomorrow, but I'm not too worried at this point :)
