taxi and keiss - I don't mind it cooked, not the biggest fan of it raw!
Well, had an okay day today, just feeling pretty down about things at the moment. I know that I need to stay positive and hope that something else will turn up, but today has definitely been a wobbly day for me.
Another NSD in the SF household, which takes us up to 16 for November. Nothing much else to report on that front.
Food today:
b - cheerios with skimmed milk
s - apple, 10 almonds
l - 2 sausages, 1 spoon of mash, carrots and gravy.
t - lean mean juice - tweaked it slightly and tasted so much better.
I used 2 sticks of celery today instead of 4, and added more ginger to the juice - definitely a good tweak...
Feeling pretty rubbish todayhere's to a better day tomorrow.

Gosh, I'm so sleepy today! I definitely need an early night. I haven't slept well this week so far, so I'm hoping that'll change tonight.
It's another NSD in the SF household, so that's number 17 for November. I'm feeling slightly better about things today, so that's a bonus.
Food today:
b - cheerios with skimmed milk
s - apple, 10 almonds
l - 4 crackers, portion of cheese, LF vanilla yogurt
t - lean mean juice, boiled egg

Hope you got a good night's sleep SF.
It was my turn to get to bed late, though I did manage to get some business cards and print some see-through labels! They are for all the stuff I am selling at the Xamas fair on Sunday.
Need to get back to bagging up and getting labels onto everything this afternoon.
Have a great weekend xxx
