taxi - you certainly do!
Keiss - yeah, I've got an inhaler as I'm asthmatic, and there are plenty of people at school who have this, it's just taking a while to shake off, that's all. Glad the op went wellhope you're feeling a bit better x

Glad to see you have been using your inhaler SF. I always find I need to double my evening and morning doses when I get a cold/chest lurgy, just to try and keep it at bay, then use the salbutamol/ventolin/blue inhaler during the day when I need it. I had to get an extra inhaler last week to get on top of my allergy to the newly painted radiator, once the heating went on!!!
Gradually improving, though still quite achey. Using the TENS machine for my back and having at least one lie-down in bed for a couple of hours every day certainly seems to be helping.
Got a lovely early birthday present today...a new sewing machine!!! Ordered it from Mr T yesterday morning, only cost £35, plus loads of vouchers!!! Really pleased, didn't have a go on it today, though read the manual...it can do so many things, can't wait to have a play!! It is back in it's box ready for my birthday on Monday. :A
Will have a busy day tomorrow..going out for lunch locally with the family. DH is bringing DS1 and GF down from Uni...we were supposed to be going up to see them, but I am not up to the journey, so they are coming here.
Have a lovely Sunday with your parents, hope you have got on top off your cough now xx

Well, another weekend done and dusted. We're back at ours now, after having a lovely weekend at my mums
she has a big open fire in the front room and that was lit today, so it was lovely to sit next to the fire this afternoon, when it began to get a bit chilly.
Money-wise, I've had another NSD today, which is the 14th of this month. Not too shabby. I spent yesterday, on my haircutand also bought a small amount of sweets to munch on
and I've bought a christmas present for my grandma, plus a bottle of mulled wine for £2.99 at the c0-0p so we will enjoy that at some point

It's not been a NSD for me today, I needed to put some more petrol in the car. I also treated myself to a Co$ta mint hot chocolate - its from their christmas range - and it was lush
Food today:
b - cheerios with skimmed milk
s - apple, 10 almonds
l - chicken and sweetcorn sandwich, LF vanilla yogurt
s - Co$ta hot chocolate
t - lean mean juice (definitely an acquired taste...)
I have borrowed a juicer from a friend to try some this week. The lean mean juice consisted of:
- 1 whole cucumber
- 2 green apples
- half a lemon
- small piece of ginger
- 4 sticks of celery
- handful of spinach
The only problem with this is that I could only taste the celerySo I'm going to try again tomorrow, but put in less celery and more ginger. I've got my first dress fitting on Saturday and haven't quite lost as much weight as I would have liked so I'm hoping to lose 2lbs this week in time for it! Plus, the juices are really healthy, if I can just get past the taste...

I'm not the biggest fan of celery either, so that's what was disappointing
definitely less is more in that case!
