Keiss - lists are how I manage things, I have lists for everything! :rotfl: it makes me feel better when I can cross something off
Feeling a bit yucky this morning, haven't slept well at all. I think I might go for a walk this evening if I have enough time, just to clear my head a bit. There are some things that are bothering me and I can't seem to get to sleep at night at the moment, and it's annoying me as I'm not a good tired person
Today is going to be a NSD - there's no reason why it can't be! I will confirm later, but I'm 99.9% sure it is going to be. That means I'll have reached my target for April, woop

Good luck with the NSD today...I am aiming for one too to reach my target of 15...lets hope we can reach our targets together!
Have a great day, and yes, a walk should help to clear your head and let you unwind tonight...you have so much to do these days, you need your sleep!

Keiss - did you manage your NSD? I did
Jo - it's alright thanks, I'll let you keep it :rotfl:
Well, today is my 20th NSD of April and brings me to my target for this month, wooopreally pleased with that and hopefully I may manage the same next month. My highest ever is 21 NSDs in a month, so maybe I'll manage to beat that one day!
To do list for this evening:
- year 7 evaluation
- year 10 evaluation
- 500 words on essay
- find some quotes for essay
- look at another essay to start
- check bank balances.Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

Not had the best evening, got some work done but not enough.
I'm also feeling a little downI really need to lose weigh, I'm really unhappy with my looks at the moment but I never seem to have the energy to do anything about it. I'm going swimming tomorrow night and then for a walk in the Lakes on sunday but it's not enough. I just don't have the motivation. I need to eat more healthy and have good days, but then days where I'm rubbish.
Sigh. just one of those daysBe who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

Yup, I made my target today too....only 15 rather than your mighty 20 though!!
Sorry you are feeling a bit down this evening though...sometimes you just can't get everything done, no matter how hard you try. Prioritise what HAS to be done tonight, and leave the rest 'til later, or at least when you are more likely to do a better job.
Wow, my therapist would be proud of me!! I have been "released" from seeing her regularly over the past 9 months. I had depression (and probably always will get the odd bout every now and then). I have a tendancy to try and do too much and beat myself up mentally when I don't get everything done. So, I have had to learn (and put into practice, much harder!) "Moderation", "Prioritisation" and "Adaptation"...quite hard for me, but I am getting there!
Ah, as too feeling better about myself looks-wise...that's a much harder nut to crack! I too am really quite overweight, despite losing 3 stone last year due to illness.
I have been finding that if I stop being so hard on myself and just enjoy doing things...like sewing/knitting/gardening ie.being creative, then I start feeling happier, and then perhaps not mind quite so much just how c**p I look in the mirror!!
You have achieved so much SF, celebrate that rather than dwelling on what you haven't done.
Sorry I have gone on a bit too much again...not quite perfected moderation in nattering yet though! :rotfl:
Night, night. Sleep well...try a bit of lavender to help clear your head and help you sleep.

Keiss What a lovely post, thank you
Things are just a bit hectic at the moment and I have a tendency to see everything come tumbling down at the same time, so I have to watch that.
Well today has been a long day - we're doing all GCSE recordings at the moment, in breaks and at dinner as well as after school so I've not actually eaten anything yetI'm going swimming in about an hour I think, so don't really want to eat anything now; I'm not hungry anyway.
As per usual, got lots to do but I'm taking the time out for myself for a change - the work will get done, I just need some "me time" at the same time. That's allowed, right?Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

Back from swimming, did 32 lengths which is half a mile
still not hungry and it's too late to eat now, ho hum. At least it'll be good for the weight loss.
Transferred a bit more over to the moving out fund, now stands at £327.87.Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

You're welcome SF, and YES me-time is definitely allowed!!
You really ought to eat something though...not good going without food...especially if you expect your brain to work!! I have found my brain needs sustenance, even if the rest of my body doesn't fancy it!
Off to be now...night, night, take care. x

Thank goodness it's friday - it's been a long week! Only got one lesson today as my year 10's are out doing some English something-or-other so it's a relatively easy day on the teaching side
I'm going to $tarbucks again later and am going to treat myself to something goodBe who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.
