:j Yeh SF's mum liked the dress so all systems go. :D

A few ticks for you then chick. Well done on the W/F savings. The weight will come off without you realising, there is still plenty of time (she says :p).

Enjoy the rest of your evening and tomorrow.

    Thanks guys :D

So, the long weekend has gone very quickly! We popped to Mr S today for some food for the week as we hardly had anything left in the house, so no NSD for me today. Nothing much else to report at the moment.

Have a good week back at school SF.

Will be a bit busy at work this week, but have election day off, so having lunch out with DH that day (we got together at a party 32 years ago on May 5th ).

Thanks guys :) happy anniversary for Thursday Keiss.

Found getting up this morning very hard. All these days off is not helping me in the morning! So, I've felt a bit out of sorts all day, and the day seemed to go very slowly as a result. I've also eaten quite a bit of sugary things, to make myself feel better. Not great for my diet :o

I need to get back into listing what to eat - I haven't lost any weight for a month now, so need to get back on the wagon.

    b - slice of toast
    s - alpen bar
    l - veg stir fry, 3 jammie dodgers :o
t - chicken fajita, apple crumble with low fat custard.

Oh dear.... :o I can definitely see areas for improvement... :o

I will be doing this took. Think I lost 1/2lb in total last month. :(

Keep going...but I must admit am jealous, I love love love crumble..any going spare. :p

Have a good day tomorrow and a good sleep, fingers crossed you wont be all at sea tomorrow and just think, its only two days to the weekend. I am off now for 4 days.
