Has anyone noticed a change in sales since the ebay shops change?

I've decided to list more of my shop items as auctions using the 10p day on Wednesday and Thursday and then possibly close the shop once i have pulled all the items. I'm still not 100% sure, but my 'back of an envelope' calculations suggest that on my current sales I am not getting any benefit from my £6 shop fee and might as well use straight auctions.

I have noticed a downturn in sales in the last week. I have listed some auctions to help with this (it seems to be working). I know from now I'll have to list a few auctions each week to get people in which will bump up my cost. I know there is a happy medium of spending X amount on auctions that will bring more people in but if I spend more it wont make much difference and I spend less it wont bring enough in. There will be a trade-off somewhere. Trying to figure that out at the minute. Debating just leaving it as I'm using ebay to sell less and less.

On another note, I find summer when people are away to be a little bit slow and then around September it really picks up on the way to Christmas.
