Can anyone help us please when we go to certain websites we get this message You must have JavaScript enabled ive check in my settings everything seems ok is there anything else i can do to get it working properly

You're very probably using Microsoft Internet Explorer. The "BT/Yahoo" thing is just re-branding. Can you get the version please? Try the help menu, "About Internet Explorer".0
