https://www.hermes-europe.co.uk parcel missing

My parcel has been out for delivery sice 02.35 a, on the 8/4/10 - still no sign. Phoned tesco yesterday, said they would look into it for me, still waiting!!! I have had problems with this carrier in the past, Debenhams use them, they once claimed to have posted a coffee perculator through my letterbox!!!!

Just been informed by Tesco, after 2 days of phone calls, my order has been lost by the carrier!!!
Tesco are sending a repacement order!

I am currently having the same issue. Waited on a delivery from boohoo.com via hermes.

Was apparently 'delivered through letterbox' yesterday, but I nor any neighbours received a parcel. I live in a 2 storey flat complex, where you can hear when someone comes into the building. I was in all day and no one came into or went out of the building all day.

One minute my tracking info said 'courier received', a quick refresh of the page and it suddenly said, 'delivered through letterbox'. I checked outside the door, in the bushes outside. There was nothing. No card, no knock at the door. Nothing

How can they say that they have delivered something, and confirmed the delivery later that day, but I received nothing? Is that even legal?

Hermes are a joke. I will be enquiring with any online companies I buy from in future to check what delivery service they use. if it's hermes, they've lost a customer.

had to re-order my items, pay for everything again. Currently waiting on a claim being filed against hermes for a full refund for the parcel i didnt receive.

It really is a joke.
