https://www.hermes-europe.co.uk parcel missing

Recently i ordered cloththing at tesco website, they send parcel via this company https://www.hermes-europe.co.uk still did not receive the parcel. Very bad service by Tesco and https://www.hermes-europe.co.uk

No phone number to contact, i'm not sure why Tesco using that service. Is there anyone having Tesco http://www.clothingattesco.com/ contact number pleas send to me.

i ordered on 6 apr 10, still did not receive the parcel, tracking says

what does that mean, have they delivered and put the parcel somewhere. Tesco uses

http://www.hermes-europe.co.uk, but there is no phone number to contact, i'm not sure even no phone no how they are running the business.

Contact Tesco and get them to manage their courier.

You have no contractual relationship with the courier.

Called Tesco clothing customer now, She said it may take 10 days blah, blah bank holiday blah blah ..., i told her tracking history then agree to investigate and going to chase them now.

Hermes usually post a blue card through the door, did you get one of those?

I don't think it's bad service that you havent recieved the parcel yet though. It's not been long since your order.

they said they put a card through my box funny thing is there is no card and daughter been here all day and noone arrived here only a van containin my so called mattress from tesco with when they opened the back of van there was no mattress for me lol

I did not get any card. I'm sure they did not even try to deliver. Something is going on at their end either big corruption or bad system.

But the tracking says it has been delivered to the porch.

That's what you need to tell Tesco. And offer to provide photographic evidence of this.

My tracking was updated with 'signed customer'!!! no-one even tried to deliver as I've been in since I placed the order, received parcels from HDNL and DHL without any problems.

Rang Tesco and they've contacted the courier but waiting a response, but can't believe they can lie like that!
