Blackberry Curve 8350 on Orange Internet Querie
Options
Hi all! Im new to this site and this is my first post
I have been looking around for a suitable deal on a blackberry curve 8520 and recently found one with cashback deal. This is through the online division of carphone warehouse (i forget its name) and service provider orange. The deal includes 400 x net minutes, unlimited texts and 750mb data. My question is does anyone know if I can actually access the internet with this deal alone, or will I have to purchase something extra, as I know some other providers (t-mobile for sure) require you to purchase a 'blackberry booster' or something similar in order to use internet!! The price plan is panther 35 apparently if this helps? Thank you in advance!

Don't know - I nearly went for it but couldn't get a straight answer from them. So went for another provider where it was clear what I got0

I know its very confusing!! I have emailed orange but no reply as yet. The deal is perfect for me if I can use the internet, im not too fussy about email but the other deals i've looked at so far you cant get internet without email :S0

Mobile internet is included with all Dolphin and Panther plans.Orange will set up your phone to the Blackberry Internet Service (BIS). 750MB will be ample as one of the more notable features of BlackBerry Internet Service is data compression. Any time that you access the mobile web on your BlackBerry device, that data is pushed through the BIS server for data compression. This helps to speed up the user experience substantially, because each requested file is typically compressed at an approximate ratio of 5:1 or 6:1. In other words, a 600MB download becomes a 100MB download. Mobiles.co.uk is the cheapest CPW cashback site at the moment but keep on top of the cashback procedure. Also dont forget £50 Quidco.0
