Direct payment is only if both parties agree to it as DUTR said.
Catenorfolk - in your case you wanted to go through the CSA, NRP didn't, so both parties weren't agreeing, therefore he has to pay through the CSA.
If you wanted to go direct pay and your NRP wanted to go through CSA, it would also have had to go through CSA.0 -

Yes , and in my case the PWC wanted to recieve direct and I wanted to pay via the CSA , and that is what I do :j
Both parties have to agree or it is via the csa
