What make have you opted for?
Mitsubishi Heavy hyperinverters X 4 cops of 4.4+ and 2 X ceiling cassetts again MHI cops of 3.7 and 4.2 I think on the latter. Building all one floor and there are offices and a reception, area is 1400 sq foot. Central areas in the building that arent exposed to the outside are unheated eg hall and toilets, not sure how this will work but we shall see.
nothing 'grand designs' about it ...it is normal practice in my industry.
Things must be more advanced in the UK im in Ireland. Here there are NO building regs inspectors so builders ignore the regs for the most part. In fairness I have lived for many years in the UK till recently and the houses I lived in (rented and oldish) were useless when it came to heating. Like everything nice things cost money and most dont want to spend it. The norm only comes about when people are forced eg by building regs. What are current building regs in the UK wrt to zoning.
