If they are £366 new then you should be able to easily get a second hand one (either that model or similar), to replace your broken and used second hand one, for £180. It seems a fair offer to me. What makes you think your supposed to be getting a new TV?You can still buy the same TV's online and two years after we bought ours they are still £366-£390 new.0
