Tesco instore customer services....
Ordered online clothing, 1 shirt too large for my partner. Was driving past nearest T today, dropped in to return the shirt.
On arrival I explained I wished to return an item from the online store... Customer Services agent sighed, shook her head and rolled her eyes at a colleague... to which I couldn't stop myself saying 'is there a problem with me returning this item instore' - head down.. no response..... then about 20 seconds later she lifted her head and said 'I hope you don't think we're going to refund your postage, cause we dinnae do that hen' . . .
I didn't pay postage you old bat anyway due to a wonderful £26.00 off my order from lovely T code posters on here...
Listen.. if you don't want to work in Customer services then don't!
eejit.

I know with Next you can return to store.
No matter whether you could return it there or not there was no need for the assistants' patronsing attitude!!
Customer service in general seems to have taken a nose dive lately!!(c) Broke in Yorkshire. ( there are worse places )

Oh you can return instore.. on the back of the receipt/packing slip it shows ways to return.. in store is just one of the methods....
no idea why returning one shirt was such a palava . . anyway...0 -
Maybe the woman was just having an off day then.
Even so her attitude was poor to say the least.(c) Broke in Yorkshire. ( there are worse places )

I took a dress back this morning because it was wrinkled beyond ironing (chiffon), had sequins missing, stank of cigarettes and perfume, and had make-up on it. I pointed all this out, she sniffed it, and said "I can't smell anything". Oh, well that's ok then, I'll take this obviously worn dress home and keep it.******** Never be a spectator of unfairness or stupidity *******"Always be calm and polite, and have the materials to make a bomb"0
