    Nah, got a recently opened Santander account which I'm now seriously considering using....
    I spent 25 years in the mobile industry, from 1994 to 2019. Worked for indies as well as the big networks, in their stores also in contact centres. I also hold a degree in telecoms engineering so I like to think I know what I’m talking about 😂

    Because I will collapse with embarrassment when they say no - I am no good at that sort of thing!!:eek:

    I would just do it. If they say no reply with, "OK. Thanks anyway." And then hang up

    Can they look it up without the reference number - I didn't save the page at the end - If so, if I don't receive anything in the morning I may get up the courage!!
