On jsa but not recieved my tax rebate even though 5th april has passed!! :@

To get a refund from HMRC go to your last employer and ask for a statement of earnings and then ask the Job Centre for a note/letter confirming how much taxable benefit you recieved in 09/10. The job centre can usually give you that there and then. HMRC will accept both of those for processing rebate claims.
