Need some pretty urgent help

I have been through a step by step guide to remove the ave.exe virus. I have been through deleting the file and the associated registry entries. Only now I have lost all permissions. I can't get onto the internet I cannot load the computer into safe mode I cannot change the msconfig to "dignostic mode" The computer locks…

I have solved some of the problems. I got rid of the sdra64.exe virus. Managed to rectify the problem with firefox not opening. However, I still have the

ntload.dll is not a valid image error appear on startup.

Any ideas?
