Why not just fit a normal close coupled loo. Leave the lid off the cistern and wash your hands in that.
You'd have to wait a few minutes for it to fill up after you flush, but think of all the money you would save.0 -

Could you change the room door to outward opening? Shift the bog sideways by a fe inches?

I can see you having a bad back after a while or straddling the seat like a cowboy. Also if you wash your hands before going you are bound to splash the seating area.0

I couldnt do a drawing in this so see the drawing below and ignore all the writing in it just concentrate on the overall shape and imagine a wall where the bath is and the toliet is where the window in the bedroom is to the very right hand side0
