Why not just fit a normal close coupled loo. Leave the lid off the cistern and wash your hands in that.

You'd have to wait a few minutes for it to fill up after you flush, but think of all the money you would save.

This will be excellent for the times (after dodgy chicken) when you have the runs and want to be sick at the same time

That would be a neat trick!

Unfortunately, my neck won't swivel 180 degrees. :(

Measured up and ive no room for a basin, even above the sink,

Could you change the room door to outward opening? Shift the bog sideways by a fe inches?

I think this is probably the smallest, at 17 cm projection?

Is it the width or the length of the room that's the problem?

Is it adjacent to the bathroom? If yes, why not take the dividing wall out?

I can see you having a bad back after a while or straddling the seat like a cowboy. Also if you wash your hands before going you are bound to splash the seating area.

Why would you wash your hands BEFORE going?

I couldnt do a drawing in this so see the drawing below and ignore all the writing in it just concentrate on the overall shape and imagine a wall where the bath is and the toliet is where the window in the bedroom is to the very right hand side
