I am hoping to get the HTC Desire from mobilephonesdirect.co.uk on a £25 per month deal, The problem is i have a bad credit history. Will this stop be getting it?

How bad is your history?
Are we talking a few late payments, settled defaults over 3 years ago, or multiple outstanding defaults and CCJs?
Also, each network will score you differently add on any previous usage with the company it is hit and miss if you get accepted.
