Moving out of fibre area Virgin Media

I have virgin media broadband which I'm very happy with however I'm moving to a non fibre enabled area next month so I'm going to have to cancel the broadband. Anyone got any info on how this works with deactivation fees and stuff? I'd rather not be held to term considering the only reason I'm cancelling is that they aren't able to supply the broadband where I'm moving.

Viirgin can still offer you broadband and phone in a non cable area they have a service called Virgin national using Openreach to supply the service.
If your in a contract with Virgin they will hold you to term.

As skyo29793 says if you can't get Virgin Cable broadband where you are moving to then you'll be offered a Virgin National (ADSL) broadband package instead for the remainder of your contract.

It should give you some indication of the price and what National package you're likely to get in replacement of your current cable service.

check if you are still contract. if you are not still in contract there will not be any deactivation fees - even if you decide to leave altogether
