Will I still have access to AOL?

We are switching from AOL to Virgin in the next week. Does anyone know if I will still have access to my AOL account and everything saved on it? I know I can access it through their free email site but that doesn't include my saved emails.

    We're switching from AOL to SKY next week. I tried accessing my AOL mail through their free email site and all my saved emails were shown as normal in the folders I'd created. I do like AOL mail and want to still carry on using it.

    I don't know about AOL but I do know other ISPs don't normally continue to allow you access to your ISP mail after you cancel with them - they consider it to be part of the package. I know this was the case when we moved from freeserve (yes long time back!) to tiscali then to sky - each of them stopped it.

    Just set up a Googlemail account and forward your saved emails to that.
    No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)

    We made switch today and AOL customer services confirmed that we can still use our AOL email address. No restictions on length of time. Great news - was happily ussing it this evening. Different layout but prefer it.

    AOL email is a free service so you do not have to be an aol customer to use it
